IOR-ARC Observer Status for IORG

At the Closed Session of the 10th Council of Ministers (COM) Meeting of the Indian Ocean Rim Association for Regional Cooperation (IOR-ARC) on 5th August 2010, which was held at the Sheba Hotel, Sana'a, Republic of Yemen, it was agreed that the Indian Ocean Research Group (IORG) Inc be granted Observer Status to IOR-ARC.

After IORG Inc gave a presentation in Sana'a in support of our Observer Status to the Academic Group (IORAG), its full support then had to proceed to the Committee of Senior Officials (CSO) for further endorsement before going to the COM on 5th August for the final decision.
